eQlassic system version 1.0 was first developed in 2008 to present the statistical scores of each project in a single group. Users of this system are divided into two categories, namely public and CIDB admin. The industry community can see a chart on the total number of development projects that have been evaluated, the average score by year and the development category.

Through the eQlassic system, the 10 construction projects that recorded the highest score by construction category can apply for the “Benchmark Function” by entering the score to get the evaluation of their respective projects. CIDB admin users can include the total number of eQlassic scores of a project that have been manually evaluated for public viewing.
