Responsibilities:

  • Conduct In-House BIM training, modelling, workflow management, and technical support.
  • Developed teaching manuals, maintained standards, and mentored newly-hired Trainee BIM Engineers.
  • Develops and implements a learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices.
  • Manage training library and safe keep documentation
  • Install Autodesk software in student PC for their training and conduct monthly preventive maintenance in the classroom.
  • Able to work closely with the team on relevant issues regarding BIM training.
  • Other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Archi or Civil/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong background and knowledge in Revit/ AutoCAD/ Navisworks.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
  • Able to work independently within deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to travel as and when required.
  • Possess own transport.

Job Description:

  1. Schedules and organizes complex calendar activities such as meetings, arrangements, travel plans and department activities.
  2. Handle calendar management and associated tasks, booking meeting rooms, preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.

  4. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  9. To prepare and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
  10. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

Requirements
